AISD begins the search for principal to take on the permanent position Bowie high school needs a permanent principal. Our current interim principal, Susan Leos who was once the schools instructional administrator may be pushed out of the job. A process that is expected to last six months has began.

"The process for selecting a new principal txt is the right fit for bowie will include meeting with parents, students and faculty alike." I thought this quote was powerful because it shows how he cares about everyones opinion instead of just the councils.
There really wasn't anything special about the first sentence.
Nintendo finally released a mobile version of the world renowned mario series. Although it was very successful, it was not everything that the media had built it up to be. It cost a lot of money to purchase an app that doesn't actually have a lot of content.

A senior here at bowie high school is very attached to yo yoing. he yo yos everywhere he goes, not only around bowie, but also around the country. He started several years back and has become very fond of the sport and continues to improve his skills.

Its not so much just the first sentence, its mainly the first paragraph
I think my favorite photo in the paper is the one with the dude yo-yo'ing.
I really like this because i think its cool how they captured something that normally happens very fast in a contained photo.
The rule of thirds (for the yo-yo) is present. Simplicity is also there
My least favorite picture is any of the cartoon and drawn ones.
I'm just really not about that kind of stuff in a newspaper.
